A qualified chartered accountant and holder of a graduate degree in law and commerce with twenty five years of exposure in various industries including financial services, consulting, manufacturing and distribution, covering the entire gamut of finance and accounting functions including audit, taxation, systems and valuation both in a corporate environment and as an independent self employed finance professional.

She has handled various asset and brand valuation assignments for clients across various sectors. She has served as a board member of a leading distribution company representing blue chip companies like Johnson & Johnson, Gillette, Unilever, Cadburys, Nestle and Reckitt Benckiser in Zambia and has handled premium brands of these companies. She has sound knowledge of various areas of retail & distribution sector. She is a Director of Vibrant IP Solution Pvt. Ltd. (operating under the brand “IP Wizz”) dealing with IP Management especially IP Valuation.

She is a founder member of DVS Business Support LLP providing business support services to the clients in India, U.S.A.,Australia and Africa.

She has been a regular speaker at AMA, ICAI, South Gujarat Chamber of Commerce. She wonthe ‘CA Women Achievers Award 2018’ in the category of “Entrepreneur”.
